We are in luck! We have been awarded the European project: “Involve, connect and teaching for inclusion: educational community facing childhood cancer”, which will be led and coordinated by La Nineta dels Ulls Foundation.
The project is part of the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme, which supports education, training, youth and sport in Europe.
The aim is to work on the inclusion of cancer patients in the classroom. To this end, we are working with REDTREE (Spain), an expert in the creation of methodologies for people with difficulties, and with the Sapere Aude Primary School (Poland), with extensive experience in the implementation of innovative inclusive methodologies. Today we have already met to establish the calendar of actions!
We have initiated this path of cooperation with entities in the European Union, a strategy that will surely allow us to grow and improve the quality of life of retinoblastoma patients and cancer patients in general.
