This July, we were once again reminded that solidarity knows no boundaries. Several initiatives came together to support Fundació La Nineta dels Ulls and help us continue improving the lives of children with retinoblastoma and their families.
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to IMAGINART, the student cooperative created by the sixth-grade pupils of Mare de Déu del Portal School in Batea, for their generous €150 donation. Their commitment shows that solidarity begins at an early age and that young people can make a meaningful difference in their communities.
We are also deeply grateful to the Associació Contra el Càncer de la Fatarella, whose 5th Wine Tasting and Food Pairing Charity Dinner raised €10,078.70 for several organisations and projects dedicated to cancer research and patient support. Of this amount, €1,078.70 was donated to Fundació La Nineta dels Ulls, helping us continue advancing research, early detection initiatives and family support programmes.
The fight against retinoblastoma was also highlighted through sport during the Open Padel Tamarit tournament. With the support of its main sponsor, GoMotor, the event became a charity initiative in support of our Foundation. The involvement of players, organisers and supporters demonstrated once again that sport is a powerful way to raise awareness and generate funds for childhood cancer research.
Every donation, every event and every person who chooses to get involved brings us one step closer to our goal: ensuring that every child with retinoblastoma has access to early diagnosis, the best possible treatments and the support they need throughout their journey.
Thank you to every individual, school, organisation and company that continues to stand with us. Your generosity makes our work possible and helps us create a brighter future for children affected by retinoblastoma.
