First meeting of the new European project
SUPERHERO SCHOOL: Imagining an Inclusive and Digital Education System Adapted to Students with Cancer
Fundació La Nineta dels Ulls has participated in the first working meeting of the new European project SUPERHERO SCHOOL, an initiative aimed at imagining and building an inclusive and digital education system adapted to the needs of children and young people with cancer.
All project partners took part in this first meeting: Karkinaki (Greece), Escola PAX (Spain), Leonteios School (Greece), Smallcodes (Italy), Redtree (Spain), and Fundació La Nineta dels Ulls (Spain).
During the session, the partners began defining the strategic lines of the project, which seeks to promote a more inclusive, flexible, and digitalised education system capable of adapting to the reality of children and young people undergoing cancer treatment. The goal is to ensure they can continue their educational pathway with the appropriate tools and support, minimising the impact of illness on their academic and social development.
This European project represents another step forward in the Foundation’s commitment to educational innovation and comprehensive support for families.
The next meeting will take place in April in Tarragona, where partners will continue advancing the design and implementation of this transformative initiative.
