This month, the Fundaci\u00f3 La Nineta dels Ulls had the opportunity to showcase LeucoCheck<\/strong>, our innovative project for the early detection of retinoblastoma, through two platforms focused on technology with a social impact.<\/p>\n Carme Juli\u00e0<\/strong>, President of the Foundation, took part in the final episode of the season of La Porteria<\/strong>, where she explained the purpose and operation of LeucoCheck<\/strong>, a mobile application powered by artificial intelligence that automatically detects leukocoria, one of the main warning signs of retinoblastoma.<\/p>\n During the interview, she highlighted the importance of early diagnosis<\/strong>, as it can make the difference between preserving vision, saving the eye, and, in many cases, saving a child’s life.<\/p>\n LeucoCheck is also featured in issue 14 of Mirades Magazine<\/strong>, dedicated to digital technology and human rights.
