By virtue of current regulations on Data Protection, specifically, Regulation (EU) 2016\/679, the data that you are providing us and will provide us throughout our relationship, will become part of the information systems of FUNDACI\u00d3 LA NINETA DELS ULLS, and they will be treated, solely, for the purpose of managing your relationship with the Foundation, collecting fees, as well as keeping you informed of the activities of our Foundation whose purpose is to raise funds for the medical research of the retinoblastoma disease, awareness, as well as its dissemination and support to those affected and \/ or their families. The data provided will be kept during the Foundation’s activity, being blocked once it ceases to be a member. These data will not be communicated or transferred, except if there is a legal obligation and those in charge of treatment who provide services to the Foundation, and with whom the appropriate contracts are signed. You expressly consent to all this by signing this friend registration document, as it is essential information for this purpose.<\/p>

On the occasions that you accompany us in our activities or training sessions, we may take photographs in which your image appears, individually or in a group, which will be shared on our website and social networks, provided that you authorize us to do so.<\/p>

If you authorize us, we will send you by electronic means information on the activities we organize or disseminate to raise funds for retinoblastoma research, as well as to keep you informed of news and medical advances.<\/p>

At any time, you will have the right to obtain confirmation about whether we are treating your personal data, therefore you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data or request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary, all in writing addressed to our access address at Calle Joaquim Icart Leonila 10, 43.007 in Tarragona or by email to info@fundaciolaninetadelsulls.org.
