moment when they return to school. Far from being solely a period of recovery and reunion, in many cases they encounter looks of incomprehension, fear and social barriers that hinder their well-being, inclusion and educational development.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6058454 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6058454\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">This project was created to transform that reality. We promote an innovative comprehensive system of prevention, detection, intervention and monitoring that places the well-being of students at the centre and promotes their inclusion, educational success and recovery process. Through a cross-cutting strategy, the project promotes action programmes in educational centres that cover all areas, with personalised itineraries and specific resources, supported by an intelligent digital platform.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b3fb994 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b3fb994\" elementor-size-default\">In addition, an innovative proposal has been developed to foster a positive, empathetic and committed attitude among students towards cancer and diversity: the <b>SUPERHERO
